Winter skin saviours

Now that the colder climate is slowly drawing in, it’s time for me to make sure that I’ve got my skin in check. I always moisturise my body (1-2 times a day after taking a shower) but my skin is prone to extreme dryness in the winter. Towards to end of last year the dryness was so bad that my skin felt so sore! Now I have a range of go-to products that keep my skin moisturised and nourished throughout the winter season.

Here are my winter skin saviours

Palmer’s Body Oil and Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula have both worked wonders for my body by keeping my skin super-smooth, soft and shiny throughout the day and night.

For the face, I like to use Superdrug’s Vitamin E Moisture Boost Facial Serum to revitalise my complexion. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant and by using this product I'm protecting my face from damage caused by free radicals. I also like to use a little bit of Elizabeth Arden’s 8 Hour Cream for extra smoothness on my face and hands.

And as for my hands, I like to use hand creams by brands Nivea and Palmer’s because low temperatures and frequent hand washing make my hands get so dry.

Last but not least, my lips are prone to cracking so I like to use Palmer’s Lip Balm and Elizabeth Arden’s 8 Hour Cream, both of which protect the lips from drying out.
